Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition you received them
    • In the original packaging
    • Free from damage, wear, or alterations
  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics, and personal care items).

The return process

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item was marked as a gift at checkout, you may receive store credit for the value of the return.

Cancellations
